Will one pillow work if I switch from side to back?
Yes. Unzip the latex bag for more or less loft, and thin the kapok if you want a softer landing. Most people settle height in one or two nights.
Is 50x70 too large for a stomach sleeper?
The footprint is a standard European size. Stomach sleepers usually remove latex flakes until the neck sits almost flat.
Can I throw the whole pillow in the machine?
Wash the 3D Tencel cover only. Keep kapok and latex in their zipped inner bags. Air the fills if they need a refresh.
Will the cover pill or feel sticky after laundry?
Tencel stays smooth when washed as a cover, not stuffed. Zip it closed, gentle cycle, line dry.
Is this memory foam with a natural label?
No polyurethane foam. Top layer is kapok; main fill is 100% natural latex flakes in its own bag.
What if I take too much fill out?
Keep the extra in a bag. Zip it back in when you want height again. Nothing is glued in place.
