Our return policy lasts 60 days (2 months). If 2 months have gone by since your purchase, we can’t offer you a standard refund or exchange. However, you can negotiate before the 60 days are finished if you want your trial period to be extended. We encourage this since sometimes the effects of grounding your body can be more clear over time.
It does not matter if you have used the returned items or not. If they show traces of use, we ask you to wash them first according to the washing instructions (40 °, do not use bleaching agents, use washing products for colored laundry).
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us per email so we can provide you with the correct procedure.
Note: never return items to our shipping warehouse at Mechelen (B).
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet for your purchased Aarding™ products, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items if they are defective or damaged on delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
