Our return policy is 60 days (2 months).
If 2 months have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a standard return or exchange. However, you can negotiate before the 60 days are complete if you want your trial to be extended. We encourage this because sometimes the effects of grounding your body may become even clearer in the long term.
Earthing works for everyone, regardless of age, condition or health. It is our basic nature to be grounded and as essential to our well-being as healthy eating, drinking and breathing.
It does not matter if you have used the returned items or not. If they show signs of use, we ask you to wash them first according to the washing instructions (40 °, do not use bleaching agents, use detergent for coloured laundry and no fabric softeners). Iron at a low temperature.
Note: We are very clear about the washing instructions. Aarding™ grounding products will last for years if you follow them. If you have washed the Aarding™ products with an aggressive detergent, ie containing chlorine for white laundry and not with an agent explicit for coloured laundry, then a return is not possible. This is easy to check if the sheet is no longer conductive over the entire surface (it also can feel stiffer in this case). You can easily check this with the product tester.
To be eligible for return, you must notify us by e-mail so that we can provide you with the correct procedure.
Note: Never send returns to our express warehouse in Mechelen.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email within a week to inform you that we have received your returned item(s). Your refund is processed and a credit is automatically applied to your credit card or via the original payment method within a certain number of days.
Late or missing reimbursements (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund of your purchased Aarding ™ products, first check your bank account again. There is often some processing time before a refund is placed. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your repayment is officially posted. If you have done this and you have not yet received your refund, please contact us.
Exchange (if applicable)
We will replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If they are defective by using a wrong washing product, no exchange is possible. However, in the above case we can give a good reduction within 3 months to replace the product with a similar product.
If you want to exchange a product for the same or a different item within 2 weeks after purchase, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to our return address.
To return you must send your product to: Victori bvba - Aarding ™, Latemstraat 4 Sint-Martens-Latem, BE 9830, Belgium
so not to our express warehouse in Mechelen.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs, unless in the case of incorrect deliveries or defects in delivery.
