Our high-quality Therapists Grounding Mat, 65x180cm (25.5" x 71"), is made of 100% eco-friendly, recyclable, highly conductive, vegan-friendly PU. It includes a 5m (16ft) connection cable and a handy wall socket adapter.
This grounding mat is superior to black rubber models on the market, which give off color and lose their conductivity through frequent use.
Tip: This grounding mat can easily be trimmed to fit on any treatment table. A personal towel and/or cover is then placed over it for extra comfort. The mat has a soft touch and shapes itself easily with the surface under it.
This is the ideal earthing mat to apply longitudinally on the massage or treatment table or as an ultra-thin yoga, meditation, or exercise mat. The therapist or practitioner is then also grounded himself by contact with the customer who is grounded. The client relaxes better (literally), and the caregivers will notice that they can handle much more in a day with a clearer focus (see the study mentioned further).
The mat can also be placed on the floor where the therapist can stand barefoot (or with cotton socks). When touched, the customer is, therefore, directly grounded via the therapist (you can check this convincingly with the Body Voltmeter).
In a recently published study (Effects of Grounding (Earthing) on Bodyworkers' Pain And Overall Quality of Life, Elsevier, June 2019), massage therapists were subjected to a double-blind test. As a group, these therapists experienced a significant increase in their physical functions and energy and a significant decrease in fatigue, depressed mood, fatigue, and pain while grounded compared to ungrounded. One month after the study, physical function also increased, and depressed mood and fatigue decreased.
The more grounded you are, also during the day, the faster your body's natural bioelectric state can find its balance and your self-healing power can be strengthened.

The Therapist Grounding Mat comes with a standard 5m (16ft) connection cable and a handy wall socket adapter.
When you don't have an earthed wall socket handy, it's difficult to reach, or while traveling, a grounding rod (also available online) can be used, which very simply connects the mat to the ground by a fine 12-meter cable. This rod can easily be placed through a window (which still closes perfectly) and inserted into the ground, even if you sleep 1 or 2 floors high. The built-in resistor is also provided here for added security and peace of mind.
A regular grounded extension cord The adapter can also be plugged into a regular grounded extension cord as long as it is also plugged into a grounded wall socket.
Do you live too high for the pin or have no garden or ground under your window? You can also perfectly ground through a metal pipe of your central heating. They are also always earthed via the boiler (by law). For this, we have handy alligator clips available or a distribution box with alligator clip.
The Therapist Grounding Mat does not consume electricity and never comes into contact with it. In fact, it can protect you from the electrosmog near you due to the presence of the earth's neutralizing electrons. It is safely connected only to the grounding of your home by the adapter (plug) in a grounded wall socket.
For your peace of mind, an extra 100 kOhm resistor is always built into the cable, even safe for children and babies.
The therapy mats' conductive material is flexible, vegan-friendly, and highly conductive carbon leather on a PU non-slip sublayer.
Carbon leather is vinyl-free, phthalate-free, and vegan.
The Therapist Grounding Mat can easily be cleaned with a damp cloth and a mild cleaning product.
Grounding, the physical connection with the earth, always works by lowering your body's voltage to the earth's voltage, which is close to zero. This is no hocus pocus; it's plain measurable physics. However, everyone is unique in his or her physical condition depending on various lifestyle factors (food, environment, medication, exercise, age, ...) and such results might vary for every person.
We never intend to make a claim on the medical outcome of grounding. The information on our site is not intended to replace medical advice. As a result, never delay obtaining medical advice, ignore medical advice, or stop medical treatment.
