Earthing pillowcase. Grounding cable (5m), and adapter (grounding plug) are included
Choose from 2 sizes available:
50 x 70cm (20" x 28")
60 x 70cm (24" x 28")
The grounding pillowcases have a natural cotton color with a very fine silver thread woven in the fabric (95% soft high-quality certified biological cotton and 5% silver thread) and are connected with the earth by a conductive cable so your head, neck, and upper body are grounded during sleep. This is done using the supplied adapter that ensures the connection via a standard (earthed) socket.
At night is an ideal time to 'earth' yourself, while you sleep your body can recover best. As such, in a natural way, you can relieve symptoms and improve your body's self-healing abilities.

This pillowcase doesn't consume nor even touch electricity. It is only safely connected to the grounding of your home by the plug (adapter) in the grounding wall socket. You can also use a common earthed extension cord.
For extra safety and peace of mind, the included cable has a 100 kOhm resistor built in.
When you don't have an earthed wall socket handy, it's difficult to reach or while traveling, an earthing rod (also available) can be used, which very simply connects the sheet to the ground by a fine 12-meter cable. For a quick start just throw it through your bedroom window and plug it into the ground. Your window still closes properly. The 100 kOhm resistor is also built in for extra security and peace of mind.
Do you live too high for the pin or do you not have a garden? Then you can also perfectly ground through a tube of the heater. They are also always grounded via the boiler (by law). For this we have useful alligator clipsavailable.
Pillowcases are mostly used under a light cotton covering pillowcase. This still gives an excellent grounding of your body. By your body pressure, warmth and transpiration, contact with the silver remains intact and ensures an excellent conductivity while asleep for 6 to 7 hours.
Frequent washing is recommended, every 1 to 2 weeks, to remove (body) fat from the silver thread. This can eventually isolate the conductivity.
The grounding sheets, blankets, and pillowcases can be washed up to 60° with a detergent for colored laundry. Do not use a bleaching agent (chlorine) or softener (oil). This can compromise the silver and make it, over time, less conductive. Preferably don't tumble-dry but use a line to prevent rapid wear and tear, like with every other sheet.
