Set of 2 single Grounding Fitted Sheet (1 pers.)

Single Grounding Fitted Sheets are available in 2 sizes:
- 90 x 200cm (36” x 80”) - fits all mattresses of a Single Bed Size
- 90 x 210-220cm (36” x 83”-87”) - fits all mattresses of a Single Extra Long Size

An earthing connection cable (5m), and adapter (grounding plug) are included with each product (so 4 of each in total).

Choose the English (UK) or European adapter. For the US & Canada, there is no adapter required. Just select the default European plug.

The fitted sheets have a very elastic and wide border. They fit all mattresses up to 35cm (1ft) in height and more.

Grounding fitted sheets are made of a natural color organic cotton with a fine antibacterial silver thread woven into the fabric (95% soft high quality certified biological cotton and 5% silver thread) and are connected with the earth by an included conductive cable so your body is grounded during sleep. This is done using the supplied adapter that ensures the connection via a standard earthed wall socket.

Earthing fitted sheets stay the best in place during the whole night and guarantee as such a continued optimal earthing effect for your body.

At night is an ideal time to ‘earth’ yourself. During your sleep your body recovers best. In a natural way and a deeper sleep, complaints can be reduced and, due to the lower tensions in your body, your resistance and self-healing capacity are optimally supported.

Usage

Earthing fitted sheets can be used under your own (mostly) cotton cover sheet. This gives an excellent grounding of your body. By your body pressure, warmth and transpiration, contact with the silver remains intact and ensures almost immediately an excellent conductivity which remains during the whole night.

With your own top sheet your grounding sheet needs less washing so it will last longer, like any other sheet.

Connection

Grounding Fitted Sheetscome with a standard connection cable 5m (16ft) and a handy wall socket adapter. Every adapter can hold 2 grounding cables so you can connect 2 grounding products with one adapter.

A regular grounded extension cord can also be used to plug the adapter(s) into, as long as this extension cord is also plugged in a grounded wall socket.

When you don't have an earthed wall socket handy, it's difficult to reach or while traveling, a grounding rod (also available online) can be used, which very simply connects the grounding products to the ground by a fine 12-meter cable. This grounding pin can easily be placed through a window (which can still be closed perfectly) and inserted into the ground, even if you sleep 1 or 2 floors high. The built-in resistor is also provided here for added security and peace of mind.

Do you live too high for the pin or have no garden or ground under your window? You can also perfectly ground through a metal pipe of your central heating. They are also always earthed via the boiler (by law). For this we have handy alligator clips available or a distribution box with alligator clip.

Safety

Grounding Fitted Sheetsdo not consume electricity and never come into contact with it. In fact they can protect you from the electrosmog near you due to the presence of the earth's neutralising electrons. They are safely connected only to the grounding of your home by the adapter (plug) in a grounded wall socket.
For your peace of mind, an extra 100 kOhm resistor is always built into the cable, even safe for children and baby's.

Washing

Regular washing, every 2 weeks, is recommended and essential to clean the cotton that buffers body acids from transpiration and to remove insulating body oils from the silver thread.
With your own top (fitted) cotton sheet, 3 to 4 weeks washing is fine.

The grounding sheets, pillowcases and blankets can be washed at 40 °. Only wash with a mild detergent for coloured laundry, never ever with a detergent for white laundry as they contain bleaches and will render the silver non-conductive.

Never use bleaches, fabric softeners, anti-limescale agents (Calgonit), natural soap nuts (Seepje, Green Soap,...). These will damage the silver thread.

Preferably do not tumble dry but air dry to prevent faster wear, as with any other sheet. You can iron on a lower temperature if necessary.
