A standard grounding cable (5m, 15ft) and European or UK adapter (grounding plug) are included with each item (good for Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the UK, Ireland, and most European countries). Other adapters (Swiss, Italian, etc.) are ordered separately. For the US and Canada, you don't need an adapter.

These pillowcases have double stitching and a zipper, which makes them highly durable. By far the best market offer.

This pillowcase is made of certified organic cotton with 5% antibacterial, antiviral 'High Conductive' silver yarn, softly woven into the fabric, and matches conductivity rates similar to 50% regular silver yarn.
An included conductive cable connects it to the earth so your body is grounded during sleep. This is done using the supplied adapter that ensures the connection via a standard earthed wall socket.

At night is an ideal time to ‘earth’ yourself. During your sleep, your body recovers best. In a natural way and with deeper sleep, complaints can be reduced, and due to lower body tension, your resistance and self-healing capacity are optimally supported.

Usage

Earthing pillowcases should be used under your own (mostly) cotton pillow cover. This provides an excellent direct grounding of your upper body, neck, and head. By your body pressure, warmth, and transpiration, contact with the silver remains intact and almost immediately ensures excellent conductivity throughout the night.

With your own top sheet, your grounding sheet needs less washing and will last longer, like any other sheet.

Connection

Every pillowcase comes with a standard 5m (16ft) connection cable and a handy wall socket adapter. Every adapter can hold two grounding cables, so that you can connect two grounding products with one adapter.

A regular grounded extension cord can also be used to plug the adapter(s) into, as long as this extension cord is also plugged into a grounded wall socket.

When you don't have an earthed wall socket handy, it isn't easy to reach, or while travelling, a grounding rod (also available online) can be used, which very simply connects the pillowcase(s) to the ground by a fine 12-meter cable. This grounding pin can easily be placed through a window (still closed perfectly) and inserted into the ground, even if you sleep on the 1st or 2nd. The built-in resistor is also provided for added security and peace of mind.

Do you live too high for the pin, or do you have no garden or ground under your window? You can also perfectly ground through a metal pipe of your central heating system. They are also always earthed via the boiler (by law). For this, we have handy alligator clips available or a distribution box with alligator clip.

Safety

The Grounding Pillow Case does not consume electricity and never comes into contact with it. It can protect you from nearby electrosmog due to the presence of the earth's neutralising electrons.

The adapter (plug) in a grounded wall socket safely connects to your home's grounding.
For your peace of mind, an extra 100 kOhm resistor is always built into the cable, making it even safer for children and babies.

Washing

Regular washing, every 2 to 3 weeks, is recommended and essential to clean the cotton that buffers body acids from transpiration and to remove insulating body oils from the silver thread.
With your own top (fitted) cotton sheet, washing every 3 to 4 weeks is fine.

The grounding sheets, pillowcases, and blankets can be washed at 40 °. Only clean with a mild detergent for colored laundry, never with a detergent for white laundry, as they contain bleaches and will render the silver non-conductive.

Never use bleaches, fabric softeners, anti-limescale agents (Calgonit), or natural soap nuts (Seepje, Green Soap, etc.). These will damage the silver thread.

Preferably, do not tumble-dry; air-dry to prevent faster wear, as with any other sheet. You can iron at a lower temperature if necessary.
