The Aarding™ grounding blankets (Medium and Large) are more commonly used as wraps for daytime grounding, e.g., on the couch while recovering from illness or trauma, after strenuous exercise (sports), or simply to further relax.
In bed, together with a grounding fitted sheet, they serve as a first line of defence against low-frequency electrosmog, e.g., from your home's wiring and electrical appliances (bedside lamps, slatted base motors, electrical extension boxes, heating blankets, etc.).
During the day, you can ground yourself further with a grounding blanket (Small or Medium) over the area where you have complaints, or by sitting on it.
If you do a lot of computer work or reading, sitting on a smallgrounding blanket (S) together with the grounding mat (26 x 56 cm or 40 x 60 cm) under your wrists or feet is ideal (barefoot or wearing cotton socks). In addition to receiving the earth's relaxing and healing electrons, you will again have strong protection against the electrosmog around you at your workplace (computers, electricity, Wi-Fi, etc.).
Nighttime grounding is ideal, as you are already lying in the same place for 7 to 8 hours and are most receptive to recovery and recuperation. Grounding during the day is ideal for further relaxing your body and effectively building up your resistance.
You can never be too grounded. Preferably 24 hours a day, as everything in nature still does.
