This Earthing Blanket has a natural cotton color and is made of 30% soft, high-quality organic cotton, 65% polyester fleece fiber, antiviral 'High Conductive' silver yarn, softly woven into the fabric, and matches conductivity rates similar to 30% regular silver yarn (beware of counterfeits).
The conductivity of the Aarding™ Silver Yarn is unmatched and remains intact after several washes.
It is connected to the earth by a conductive cable, so your body is fully grounded during use.

The grounding blanket is ideal for wrapping your body warmly and earthed during the day or in the evening, for example, in the coach, and when you are recovering from an illness or heavy exercise.

At night, the blankets are also used together with, in the first place, a grounding (fitted) sheet with possibly a grounding pillowcase. This is an ideal time to 'ground' yourself. During your sleep, your body recovers best. In a natural way and a deeper sleep, complaints can be reduced. Due to the lower tensions in your body, your resistance and self-healing capacity are optimally supported while connected to the earth.

Usage

As a rule of thumb, Grounding blankets must be used with the striped side, the conductive section, as close to your body as possible.

Connection

A standard grounding cable (5m, 15ft) and European or UK adapter (grounding plug) are included per item (good for Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the UK, Ireland, and most European countries). Other adapters (Swiss, Italian,..) are ordered separately. For the US and Canada, you don't need an adapter.
Every adapter can hold two grounding cables to connect two grounding products with one adapter.

A regular grounded extension cord can also be used to plug the adapter(s) into, as long as this extension cord is also plugged into a grounded wall socket.

When you don't have an earthed wall socket handy, it's difficult to reach, or while traveling, a grounding rod (also available online) can be used, which very simply connects the grounding product to the earth by a fine 12-meter cable. This grounding pin can easily be placed through a window (which can still be closed perfectly) and inserted into the ground, even if you are 1 or 2 floors high. The built-in resistor is also provided for added security and peace of mind.

Do you live too high for the pin or have no garden or ground under your window? You can also perfectly ground through a metal pipe of your central heating. They are also always earthed via the boiler (by law). We have handy alligator clips available or a distribution box with an alligator clip.

Safety

Grounding Blankets do not consume electricity and never come into contact with it. They can protect you from the electrosmog near you due to the presence of the earth's neutralizing electrons. It is safely connected only to the grounding of your home by the adapter (plug) in a grounded wall socket.
For your peace of mind, an extra 100 kOhm resistor is always built into the connection cable, even safe for children and babies.

Washing

Regular washing, every 2 to 3 weeks, is recommended and essential to clean the cotton that buffers body acids from transpiration and to remove insulating body oils from the silver thread.

The grounding blankets can be washed at 40 °.
Only wash with a mild detergent for colored laundry, and never with a detergent for white laundry, as they contain bleaches and will render the silver non-conductive.
Or use our in-house developed washing product Earth's Eco Strips, which best treats the silver yarn.

Never use bleaches, fabric softeners, anti-limescale agents (Calgonit), or natural soap nuts (Seepje, Green Soap,...). These will damage the silver thread.

Preferably do not tumble dry but air dry to prevent faster wear, as with any other sheet. You can iron at a lower temperature if necessary.

Disclaimer

Grounding, the physical connection with the earth, always works by lowering your body's voltage to the earth's voltage, which is close to zero. No hocus pocus, plain measurable physics.
