The Grounding Sleep Mats, Double 136 x 180cm (54" x 71"), incl. cable 5m and socket adapter, are based on conductive carbon leather (vegan-friendly) instead of traditional silver yarn so that they do not oxidize over time and can therefore perfectly ground your body for a very long time, i.e., bring your body tension, easily measurable, to the ground zero voltage. This way, you get the most out of deeper sleep and recover optimally at night, as nature has provided.

Earthing Sleep Mats are very flexible and perforated (breathable); you use them under your regular fitted sheet. This size is ideal for broader 1-person beds and up to Queen size beds (use two single mats in a two-person King size bed).
Because of their unique composition, you sleep comfortably in both summer and winter.

You can't feel the flat soft edge of the mat when lying on it.
The grounding mats have black elastic straps to secure them perfectly around your mattress.

Grounding Mats are available in reduced sets together with Grounding Pillowcases (2 sizes) of organic cotton with conductive silver thread, which make a perfect match for a full grounding effect on your full body.

A standard grounding cable (5m, 15ft) and European or UK adapter (grounding plug) are included per item (good for Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the UK, Ireland, and most European countries). Other adapters (Swiss, Italian,..) are ordered separately. For the US and Canada, you don't need an adapter.

During your sleep, your body recovers best. In a natural way and a deeper sleep, complaints can be reduced. Due to the lower tensions in your body, your resistance and self-healing capacity are optimally supported while connected to the earth.

Usage

Grounding Mats are used under your cover sheets, preferably of natural fabric (cotton, linen, bamboo, ...).
The smoother side is the grounding top side.

Grounding Pillowcases are also best used with your top pillowcase, preferably (but not necessarily) made of cotton or another natural fabric (linen, bamboo, silk, ...).

Materials

The Sleep Mat's conductive material is smooth vegan-friendly, highly conductive carbon leather on a polyester/cotton fabric base.
It's vinyl-free, phthalate-free, and vegan.

The Sleep Mats are perforated so they can breathe and feel very comfortable.

The Grounding Pillow Cases are made of organic cotton with conductive silver thread.

Connection

This Grounding Sleep Mat has a 5m (16ft) standard connection cable and a handy wall socket adapter. Every adapter can hold two grounding cables to connect two grounding products with one adapter.

A regular grounded extension cord can also be used to plug the adapter(s) into, as long as this extension cord is also plugged into a grounded wall socket.

A standard distribution box can be considered if you want to ground several grounding products on one socket. Then you only have one connection cable to 1 wall socket where you place one adapter. This (voltage-free) distribution box can easily hold four grounding products and more.

When you don't have an earthed wall socket handy, it isn't easy to reach, or while traveling, a grounding rod (also available online) can be used, which connects the grounding product to the earth by a fine 12-meter cable. This grounding pin can easily be placed through a window (which can still be closed perfectly) and inserted into the ground, even if you are 1 or 2 floors high. The built-in resistor is also provided for added security and peace of mind.

Do you live too high for the pin or have no garden or ground under your window? You can also perfectly ground it through a metal pipe of your central heating. They are also always earthed via the boiler (by law). We have handy alligator clips or a distribution box with an alligator clip for this.

Safety

The Grounding Sleeep Mats do not consume electricity nor come into contact with it. They can protect you from the electrosmog near you due to the presence of the earth's neutralizing electrons. It is safely connected only to the grounding of your home by the adapter (plug) in a grounded wall socket.
For your peace of mind, an extra 100 kOhm resistor is always built into the connection cable, even safe for children and babies.

Washing

The Grounding Sleep Mat is cleaned with mild liquid soap applied to a damp cloth. Let it air dry. The mat is constructed with conductive carbon fiber that will not be affected by this cleaning and, as such, retains its long lifespan.
 - Do not wash in a washing machine.
 - Do not iron.
 - Do not steam.

The Grounding Pillow Cases are regularly washed to cleanse the body acids, buffered in the cotton, from perspiration and remove insulating body oils from the silver yarn. With your upper cover, washing every 3 to 4 weeks is fine.
The grounding sheets, pillowcases, and blankets can be washed at 40 °. Only wash with a mild detergent for colored laundry, and never with a detergent for white laundry, as they contain bleaches and will render the silver non-conductive.
Never use bleaches, fabric softeners, anti-limescale agents, or natural soap nuts. These will damage the silver thread.
Preferably do not tumble dry but air dry to prevent faster wear, as with any other sheet. You can iron at a lower temperature if necessary.

Disclaimer

Grounding, the physical connection with the earth, always works by lowering your body's voltage to the earth's voltage which is close to zero. No hocus pocus, plain measurable physics. However, everyone is unique in his or her physical condition depending on various lifestyle factors (food, environment, medication, exercise, age, ...). As such, results might vary for every person.
