No problem. Even without an earthed socket close to your bed, sofa or workspace, you can easily and safely connect your Aarding® products to the Earth.

Have access to the ground outside?
Use a grounding rod. It connects your grounding product directly to the Earth via a fine 12-metre cable. The thin cable can easily be routed through a closed window, making this a practical solution even when sleeping on the first or second floor. A built-in safety resistor provides additional protection and peace of mind.

To connect two grounding products, you’ll need a splitter on the cable. For multiple products, a distribution box with a standard pin is the most convenient solution.

For a neat installation, we also offer 6- and 12-meter extension cables. These allow you to route the connection neatly along or behind skirting boards, keeping loose cables away from your bed.

No garden, or living too high for a grounding rod?
In many homes, you can use a metal pipe from your central heating system, provided it is actually connected to protective earth, which is legally necessary. For this, we offer convenient alligator clips and a distribution box with alligator clip.
