This mattress combines two single cores of 100% natural latex in one shared ticking. Each core has two sides, each with its own firmness, with a stabilising layer in between, and each core can be turned over separately: simply open the zip first, which is quick and easy. The seven ergonomic zones in each core let the latex adapt perfectly to your body. The improved ticking with natural probiotics keeps your bed fresh and hygienic. All ELVA® mattresses are anti-allergenic.

The ELVA® Duo™ comes in an improved ticking with Active Biotic, a natural probiotic treatment that combats allergens in your mattress.

Choose from three cores, each with two sides:

• Soft (S): a soft side and a medium side.
• Medium (M): a medium side and a firm side.

Both sides of both cores are clearly labelled with the tags S, M or F.

As a guideline: a soft side suits side sleepers and a lighter body weight. Medium is the all-rounder for back sleepers and people who often change position. Firm suits stomach sleepers, a heavier body weight or anyone who prefers firm support.

Combine two cores into one of six combinations: S/S, S/M, S/F, M/M, M/F or F/F. This gives you a great deal of flexibility. With S/M, for example, one of you sleeps soft or medium and the other medium or firm, and each of you switches independently by turning your own core over. Even with S/S or M/M you can each sleep on a different side.

Lying on your back in bed, with the ELVA® logo at the foot end, the first letter of your combination is on your left and the second letter on your right. With S/M, the soft core is on the left. Would you like it the other way around? Simply rotate the mattress 180° so the logo is at the head end. That way every combination fits either side of the bed. Turning a core over changes its firmness, not its place in the bed.
