((1) Also available: affordable Grounding Pillowcases. Start gently, or add one to your Grounding Sheet or Mat. Grounding works best close to where it’s needed, which is why full-body grounding is so effective. With an extra pillowcase, you get extra focus on your head, neck and shoulders.
(2) If you use your own top sheet (recommended), you won’t need to wash your grounding sheet as often, and it will remain effective for longer. We’ve developed our own brand of bedding, Reallin®, made with Tencel® and Fairtrade cotton, which, thanks to its high absorbency & conductivity, makes the perfect top sheet or pillowcase for your grounding product.
(3) Follow the washing instructions carefully for an extended lifespan. Washing the top sheet more regularly and the grounding sheet less frequently will dramatically extend the lifespan & conductivity of your grounding product.
