Too high. Too low. Too firm. Too warm.
Your pillow should adapt to you. Not the other way around.
RealPillo™ takes a different approach.
TOO HIGH OR LOW?
Adjust the amount of natural latex yourself.
TOO FIRM?
A thin layer of kapok provides soft, airy comfort. Less latex flakes make it more squeezable.
TOO WARM?
Loose latex flakes create an open, breathable structure.
Three natural materials. Three distinct functions.
Why ask one material to do everything?
RealPillo™ combines two natural fillings and a botanic cover, each chosen to do what it does best.
ONE PILLOW. Your height. Your Comfort.
Your perfect pillow doesn’t exist.
Until you adjust it yourself.
We all sleep differently.
That’s why you can adjust the amount of natural latex inside RealPillo™ to suit your body, sleeping position, and personal preference.
Simply adjust the Latex Flakes:
Lower for stomach sleepers • Medium for back sleepers • Higher for side sleepers

What you sleep on matters.
A pillow is more than comfort and support. For seven or eight hours every night, it is one of the materials closest to your face, skin, and breathing zone. That makes what’s inside it worth considering.
Conventional foam pillows rely on synthetic foam, while many adjustable pillows replace it with synthetic fiber or shredded synthetic fillings. They may offer practical benefits, but the materials remain predominantly synthetic.
RealPillo™ takes a different approach.
Natural kapok creates the soft comfort layer.
100% natural latex flakes provide resilient, adjustable support. Their loose structure allows air to move between the flakes, while the amount of latex can be adjusted to change both height and support.
The smooth TENCEL™ (eucalyptus) cover adds a soft, breathable, and moisture-regulating sleep surface.
There is another reason why material choice matters. Synthetic textiles can release microplastic fibers through wear, friction, and washing, a process known as microplastic fiber shedding. Synthetic foams can also emit volatile organic compounds (VOCs), with emissions influenced by factors such as material composition, age, and temperature.
RealPillo™ avoids synthetic foam and synthetic fiber filling altogether.
Instead of trying to make a synthetic pillow feel more natural, we started with materials that already provide what a pillow needs: kapok for softness, natural latex for support, and TENCEL™ for breathable comfort.
Fewer synthetic materials close to your face. More of what nature already does remarkably well.
“We took what people love about shredded latex pillows, then made it softer, more adjustable, and more natural.”

What RealPillo™ sleepers say
Questions about RealPillo™?
Can I adjust the height of RealPillo™?
Yes. The natural latex flakes are contained in a separate zippered inner bag. Simply remove or add latex flakes to adjust the height and support.
Can I remove the kapok too?
The kapok also comes in its own zippered inner bag which can be removed if required. This thin layer is designed as RealPillo™'s extra comfort layer, but also just the adjustable latex flakes bag can be used.
Why combine kapok and latex?
Because they serve two different purposes. Kapok provides the soft, airy feel directly beneath your head, while natural latex provides height, resilience, comfort and support.
Is RealPillo™ suitable for side sleepers?
Yes. You can keep more latex inside the pillow to create a higher profile and help fill the space between your head and the mattress. Also the RealPillo™ is mallable to your needs during the night, when changing sleeping positions.
What about back and stomach sleepers?
Simply remove latex flakes to create a lower pillow. Stomach sleepers in particular generally prefer a lower profile and a mallable pillow.
Do latex flakes sleep hot?
The loose flakes leave plenty of open space within the filling, creating a more open structure than a solid block of foam.
How do I care for my RealPillo™?
The outer Tencel™ (eucalyptus fiber) cover can be removed for cleaning. Always follow the care instructions on the product label located on the inside of the cover.
