OurENDURE™ fitted grounding sheets bring a new level of durability to grounding bedding. Instead of highly conductive, antibacterial silver yarn, ENDURE™ usesmedical-grade stainless steel yarn, providing excellent conductivity in a sheet that is easier to maintain and built to last.

Originally developed with the durability needed forhotels and high-use environments, we now bring that same robust quality to your own bedroom.

Made from30% stainless steel yarn, 35% Tencel® and 35% organic cotton, ENDURE™ combines reliable grounding with lasting comfort. The fabric containsno polyester and uses naturally soft and durable Tencel®, made from wood-based cellulose, alongside organic cotton.

Tencel® keeps you dry and connected. Tencel® absorbs moisture better than cotton and releases it quickly, keeping your skin fresh while supporting steady contact with the conductive yarn. Its smooth fibres feel silky soft, even on sensitive skin.

The result is astrong, comfortable and long-lasting fitted grounding sheet that grounds effectively without compromising the comfort of your mattress.

A standard grounding cable (5m, 15ft) and a European or UK adapter (grounding plug) are included per item (good for Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the UK, Ireland, and most European countries). Other adapters (Swiss, Italian, etc.) are ordered separately. For the US and Canada, you don't need an adapter.

The fitted sheets have a very elastic and wide border. They fit well on all mattresses up to 35cm (1ft) and more.

Grounded from head to toe
Your grounding sheet keeps your body connected. But your head, neck and shoulders rest on your pillow all night long. With a grounding pillowcase, you effortlessly extend the grounding effect to your head and upper body. Easy to connect to your existing setup.

Night is an ideal time to ‘earth’ yourself. During your sleep, your body recovers best. With natural, deeper sleep, complaints can be reduced, and with lower tension in your body, your resistance and self-healing capacity are optimally supported.

Usage

Earthing fitted sheets can be used under your own (mostly) cotton cover sheet. This gives an excellent grounding for your body. Through your body pressure, warmth and perspiration, contact with the conductive yarn remains intact and almost immediately ensures excellent conductivity throughout the night.

Your grounding sheet needs less washing than your own top sheet so that it will last longer, like any other sheet.

Connection

This Grounding Fitted Sheet comes with a standard 5 m (16ft) connection cable and a handy wall socket adapter. Each adapter can hold two grounding cables, connecting two grounding products with one adapter.

A regular grounded extension cord can also be used to plug the adapter(s) into, as long as this extension cord is also plugged into a grounded wall socket.

When you don't have an earthed wall socket handy, it isn't easy to reach, or while travelling, a grounding rod (also available online) can be used. It very simply connects the sheet to the ground with a fine 12-meter cable. This grounding pin can easily be placed through a window (which still closes perfectly) and inserted into the ground, even if you sleep 1 or 2 floors up. The built-in resistor is also provided for added security and peace of mind.

Do you live too high for the pin, or do you have no garden or ground under your window? You can also perfectly ground through a metal pipe of your central heating. They are also always earthed via the boiler (by law). For this, we have handy alligator clips available or a distribution box with an alligator clip.

Safety

The Grounding Fitted Sheet does not consume electricity and never comes into contact with it. It can protect you from the electrosmog near you due to the presence of the Earth's neutralising electrons. It is safely connected only to the grounding of your home by the adapter (plug) in a grounded wall socket.
For peace of mind, an extra 100 kOhm resistor is always built into the cable, which is safe for children and babies.

Washing

Regular washing, every 2 to 3 weeks, is recommended and essential to clean the cotton that buffers body acids from perspiration and to remove insulating body oils from the silver thread.
With your top (fitted) cotton sheet, washing every four weeks is acceptable.

The grounding sheets, pillowcases, and blankets can be washed at 40 °. Only wash with a mild detergent for coloured laundry, and never with a detergent for white laundry, as it contains bleach and will render the silver non-conductive.

Never use bleaches, fabric softeners, anti-limescale agents (Calgonit) or natural soap nuts (Seepje, Green Soap, etc.). These will damage the silver thread.

Preferably, do not tumble dry but air-dry to prevent faster wear, as with any other sheet. You can iron at a lower temperature if necessary.
